The Papakura Art Group Incorporated has been going since 1958
Where to find us: – We meet at the Elizabeth Campbell Hall where you will find ample parking down a driveway next to 3 Chapel St., Papakura between 12-3:15 pm on Wednesdays.
What do we offer: – Free choice painting time, monthly workshops and demonstrations with experienced Artists, pop-up tutorials, monthly field trips to a gallery or to paint plein air, a great book and DVD library, Social interaction, Exhibitions, an Annual Competition, a fortnightly newsletter, free tea and coffee available; make it yourself and bring along your lunch for a sit down and chat from mid-day.
What we use: – Our members work in water colour, pastels, acrylics, oils, pencil/pen and charcoal and mixed media.
Who are we: – We are a very active group of people who welcome new members and who are always willing to help if you need some help.
