Well Women Papakura Peer Support Group Meeting

Location: Redhill Community Centre. Well Women provide lived-experience peer support for all māmā facing challenges with pregnancy-related and early parenthood mental wellbeing.

We’re a team of non-clinical peers with lived experience. Our support groups can complement clinical care or stand alone if you’re not currently connected to services. We can also help you explore and navigate additional supports. There is no diagnosis required to attend.
